To spread the KW culture of caring for one another to our KW family of agents, their families and through our local communities.
BUSINESS OBJECTIVE
To support our KW family of agents in times of financial need and emotional crisis. To contribute to members of our local communities in financial need as submitted by KW agents who verify the need and advocate for the assistance.
STRATEGIES
1. Connection to and assistance with applying for KW National Grants.
2. Financial assistance for critical financial needs that the applying agent does not have the means to pay.
3. Financial assistance for critical financial needs as submitted by KW agents who verify the need and advocate for the assistance.
